Do you sometimes feel pulled from this to that not knowing what to focus on next? Without direction your energy can be dissipated. That’s why I love divination card sets! The information isn’t necessarily new to us, but rather it can remind us of something we already know, but have forgotten to use.

As a Color Therapist I am especially drawn to Tori Hartman’s Color Wisdom Cards. The bright, light hearted Journeyer on the back of the 51 cards moves from color to color with crystal wisdom sprinkled along the way. The cover of the book features characters in the fables that illustrate the meaning of the many shades of colors. These stories began to surface after Tori had a near death experience in 1988.

Your journey begins with an intention. As you intuitively pick a card from the deck or several cards if you wish, you focus on that intention. The table of contents gives you a name of the fable character whose story draws you into contemplation such as “Kelly the Green Dragon” or “Saint Apricot” and a single word such as “greed” or “guilt” gives the general direction of the meaning.

As you move through the chapter for each card you discover its definition, the fable story, inspiration that takes the meaning deeper, meditation suggestions, ways to connect with yourself, and suggestions for using the cards in a group setting.
